Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of experience in pricing, retail merchandising, revenue management, or financial analytics
Strong understanding of retail pricing dynamics, promotions, and front store category management
Proven ability to balance margin performance, competitive pricing, and customer value
Advanced analytical skills; strong proficiency in Excel
Ability to influence cross‑functional partners and communicate effectively at all levels, including senior leadership
Prior people management or informal team‑lead experience
SQL and BI tools
Experience in drugstore, mass retail, grocery, or convenience retail environments
Knowledge of price elasticity modeling and optimization
MBA/Advanced Degree or equivalent experience
