About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

provide dedicated Medicaid, Exchange, and Commercial regulatory guidance and implementation support to Carelon.
support regulatory activities for Medicaid, Exchange and Commercial lines of business, which includes review of model contracts.
collaborate with business teams to draft best-in-class client communications on regulatory implementations to help drive a more positive health plan customer experience.
advocate for the Client to our internal partners, and for CVS Caremark to the Client.

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 5 years of health plan, PBM, and/or regulatory experience.
At least 2 years of experience working cross-functionally with multiple internal and external stakeholders, driving the understanding and implementation oversight of initiatives.
At least 2 years of experience responding to inquiries and drafting communications to a variety of stakeholders.
