About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • provide dedicated Medicaid, Exchange, and Commercial regulatory guidance and implementation support to Carelon.
  • support regulatory activities for Medicaid, Exchange and Commercial lines of business, which includes review of model contracts.
  • collaborate with business teams to draft best-in-class client communications on regulatory implementations to help drive a more positive health plan customer experience.
  • advocate for the Client to our internal partners, and for CVS Caremark to the Client.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 5 years of health plan, PBM, and/or regulatory experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience working cross-functionally with multiple internal and external stakeholders, driving the understanding and implementation oversight of initiatives.
  • At least 2 years of experience responding to inquiries and drafting communications to a variety of stakeholders.
