Key responsibilities & impact

work within Developer Experience and focus on building and improving platform capabilities that power preview environments and developer workflows
help teams move faster and safely by enabling them to validate changes earlier in the development lifecycle
work across the full development lifecycle to deliver scalable, reliable, and self-service solutions that reduce friction in build, test, and deployment processes
centered around modern web technologies, CI/CD automation (including GitHub Actions), and collaborating with other teams to drive adoption and improve developer tooling

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of software engineering or equivalent hands-on experience
5+ years of experience building software using JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web tooling
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation, and developer workflows, including GitHub Actions
Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) and container-based workflows
Experience with developer platforms, preview environments, or internal tooling (Preferred)
Familiarity with observability and performance tooling (Preferred)
Experience working in large-scale engineering environments supporting many teams (Preferred)
Ability to independently deliver complex solutions
Strong collaboration skills and experience working across teams
Passion for improving developer productivity and experience
