Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required
Advanced degree is highly preferred (MBA, MPH, or MHA)
8 or more years of experience in a dynamic, fast-moving, related profession (e.g., management consulting, corporate strategy)
5 or more years of health care industry experience
Highly strategic and structural thinker who is comfortable with ambiguity
Background working in a matrixed environment, aligning stakeholders and navigating competing priorities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfort with market sizing and commercial modeling to determine ROI
