Requirements

What you’ll need

Must comply with any state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy
Must be at least 16 years of age or have a high school diploma or equivalent
State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state
1-3 years previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician is preferred
Previous experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting is preferred
