About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build strong relationships with finance teams to understand their processes and needs
Maintain and improve data models used for budgeting and forecasting
Ensure tools can handle large data sets efficiently
Create better system connections to reduce duplicate data
Improve data accuracy and quality
Own and support finance systems, working with business partners and IT to solve problems
Lead agile development efforts and adjust as business needs change

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years in finance or in IT supporting finance teams
3+ years of technical experience with databases, SQL, and data validation
Familiarity with modern databases
Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills
Comfortable working in a fast‑changing environment and collaborating across teams
Knowledge of database architecture and modeling (preferred)
Experience with: SAP, GCP, Postgres, Dataiku, Python, SQL Server, Visio (or similar tools), Rally (or similar agile tools)
Experience with automation tools, ETL processes, and complex data ecosystems (preferred)
Background in healthcare, FP&A, or budgeting/forecasting (preferred)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
