Key responsibilities & impact

Support the HCD performance management reporting cadence (close and monthly deliverables)
Consolidate business unit submissions into a HCD-level view; perform completeness/accuracy checks
Track and reconcile key financial and operating metrics and headcount across business units
Perform variance and trend analysis; develop clear drivers/bridges and risks & opportunities commentary
Support executive-ready materials for all enterprise asks

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of financial modeling, forecasting, or analytical experience
Excel skills with experience building and maintaining complex models
Knowledge of Health Care Delivery and/or healthcare financial drivers and operating metrics
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required
