Partner closely with senior executives to identify, prioritize, and deliver the highest-value opportunities.
Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to VP and C-suite leaders.
Demonstrate exceptional stakeholder management skills.
Orchestrate cross-functional delivery across business, product, engineering, data science, and analytics teams.
Own the end-to-end analytics product strategy and roadmap.

Requirements

What you’ll need

15+ years of experience in product management, consulting, analytics, or related fields, with increasing leadership responsibility.
Proven ability to operate effectively at the executive level, with strong executive presence and the ability to influence senior leaders.
Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management, including aligning cross-functional teams and driving enterprise-wide initiatives.
Strong product management experience, including building and delivering software/data products in complex environments.
Exceptional problem-solving skills with a structured, hypothesis-driven approach.
Experience driving strategy and transformation initiatives, including identifying cost optimization opportunities and translating them into actionable product strategies.
Ability to quickly assess business challenges and begin delivering impact immediately with minimal ramp-up time.
Track record of orchestrating delivery across complex, matrixed organizations.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate strategy, trade-offs, and outcomes.
