Key responsibilities & impact

support Specialty Operations through advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and AI-driven solutions
partner closely with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, solve operational challenges, and drive measurable business impact across specialty pharmacy and healthcare operations
develop predictive models, perform exploratory and statistical analyses, and translate complex findings into actionable recommendations for operational and executive audiences
contribute to emerging AI initiatives, including the design and development of AI agents and intelligent automation capabilities to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making

Requirements

What you’ll need

1+ years of experience in data science, advanced analytics, or a related quantitative field
Strong experience with predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and machine learning techniques
Proficiency in Python and/or R for data analysis and model development
Experience working with SQL and large-scale structured datasets
Demonstrated ability to communicate analytical findings and recommendations to non-technical business stakeholders
Experience developing dashboards, reports, or operational insights that drive business decisions
Knowledge of statistical techniques such as regression, classification, clustering, hypothesis testing, and forecasting
Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, business-facing environment
Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and presentation skills.
