About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform and support plan changes
- Perform ID card facilitation
- Complete necessary reporting (scheduled, ad-hoc)
- Conduct inbound phone calls

Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in a pharmacy, PBM, or insurance setting
- Travel up to 25% of time within the continental United States
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (preferred)
- Basic awareness of problem solving and decision-making skills
- Previous experience with Salesforce (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- High school diploma or GED (required)
