About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop annual brand and media strategies aligned with advertiser goals and growth objectives
- Create campaign strategies and audience targeting recommendations tailored to brand and product lines
- Build strategic supplier growth proposals based on a deep understanding of supplier business goals and marketing objectives
- Serve as the primary liaison for supplier communications, including feedback, approvals, and creative revisions
- Monitor campaign performance using KPIs and data-driven insights to optimize outcomes
- Perform in-depth data analysis to deliver actionable insights and recommendations for short- and long-term media strategies
- Collaborate with sales, merchandising, and internal teams to drive strong results and advertiser satisfaction.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years experience in account management, media planning, digital marketing, or retail media (CPG/retail preferred), including upselling experience
- Proven ability to lead day-to-day client relationships and collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to meet supplier needs
- Experience developing media plan recommendations aligned with advertiser goals and performance objectives
- Familiarity with advertising analytics, data platforms, and DMP technologies, paired with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present clearly and effectively to internal stakeholders and external partners.
