Key responsibilities & impact

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Senior Account Managers and Account Managers.
Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct ongoing coaching.
Partner with Industry Managers to oversee Joint Business Planning (JBP) efforts.
Serve as executive sponsor for key supplier and advertiser relationships.

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years’ experience in account management, media planning, digital marketing, or retail media (CPG/retail preferred), including upselling experience.
5+ years proven experience in leading and developing teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent (HS Diploma and 4 years of experience) required
