About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the HCD performance management reporting cadence (close and monthly deliverables), including timelines, templates, and coordination across business units
Consolidate business unit submissions into a HCD-level view; perform completeness/accuracy checks and drive follow-ups to resolve gaps and inconsistencies
Track and reconcile key financial and operating metrics and headcount across business units; ensure alignment between reported outputs and financial system results
Perform variance and trend analysis; develop clear drivers/bridges and risks & opportunities commentary to support leadership discussions
Support executive-ready materials for all enterprise asks; communicate insights to HCD finance leadership and coordinate responses/follow-ups

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of financial modeling, forecasting, or analytical experience
Excel skills with experience building and maintaining complex models
Knowledge of Health Care Delivery and/or healthcare financial drivers and operating metrics
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience supporting leadership reviews
High attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy and controls
Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver under tight timelines
Experience with financial planning systems (e.g., SAP)
