Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborates with engineering to define the multi-year product strategy for the ISTS Developer Experience platform
Identifies where friction in the developer workflow is highest and builds the strategic case for investments that will deliver the greatest improvement in developer productivity and experience
Maintains deep, continuous engagement with internal developer communities to understand pain points, workflow patterns, and evolving needs
Partners with platform engineering and cross-functional teams to translate strategy into a well-prioritized, executable backlog
Communicates product direction clearly and consistently across technical and executive audiences

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, or a closely related field
10+ years of demonstrated experience owning product strategy for complex, platform-level or infrastructure-adjacent products
7+ years of experience of tracking and recording of measurable improvements in developer productivity, platform adoption, or related outcomes
7+ years of experience with agile product development practices in a large enterprise engineering environment
5+ years of experience working with enterprise-scale engineering organizations and navigating complex stakeholder landscapes
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
Master's degree preferred
Certified Product Manager (CPM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), or equivalent preferred
