About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and maintain mutually-favorable relationships with Aetna International clients
Develop, maintain and retain consultative client relationships
Partner with customers on their employee benefit strategies
Balance strategic planning and tactical implementation
Communicate and present information to audiences at all levels
Review, deliver and coordinate account renewal activities
Meet both virtually and directly with customers
Develop and maintain proficient understanding of the international employee benefit business environment
Provide input to product development areas as appropriate
Prepare required and special market specific reports

Requirements

What you’ll need

2-5 years Healthcare industry experience
Client Management experience
Active Health & Life License or must obtain after hire
Must be able to Travel up to 30%
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
Ability to work independently and with a team to deliver outcomes and drive results.
