About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Managing sales growth by building a book of business leveraging field sales marketing activity and telesales programs
  • Selling, cross-selling, up-selling, and retaining through the use of the Aetna IVL Medicare product portfolio
  • Owning the member relationship throughout the year and being the primary contact for member inquiries
  • Documenting in the hybrid field sales integrated tech stack call interactions, COIs, and lead management protocols with new and existing members
  • Developing, continuously training, and learning new sales skills to support best in class customer acquisition metrics

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4-year college degree or 1 to 2 years’ experience of selling multiple Medicare products
  • Life & Health insurance license is not required to be employed, but it is required to obtain the license within 60 days from the employment start date
  • Active use of computer for carrying out daily job activities
  • Ability to multi-task while talking on the phone
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Self-starter with positive attitude
  • Adaptable to high pressure, achievement-oriented environment
  • High level of computer proficiency including Microsoft Office package
  • Ability to quickly perform basic mathematical operations without use of calculator
