Key responsibilities & impact

Set and influence strategy for health plan medication adherence solutions
Identify and evaluate new ideas to improve medication adherence
Assess and size new opportunities using qualitative and quantitative insights
Build business cases and recommendations to support investment decisions
Lead individual workstreams and manage projects from idea through execution
Partner with cross‑functional teams to align priorities and drive results
Support development of multi‑year strategic roadmaps
Prepare clear insights, presentations, and updates for senior leadership
Track progress and communicate outcomes, risks, and learnings

Requirements

What you’ll need

3 or more years of professional experience in a retail, corporate, or similar environment
3 or more years of experience leading or influencing cross‑functional projects
Experience influencing decisions without direct authority
Experience evaluating contracts or business agreements and providing recommendations
Experience building business cases and making assumptions with limited data
Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and meet staggered deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and follow‑through
Ability to work independently with minimal direction
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Experience using data tools such as SQL, Python, Tableau, or similar
