About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist in tracking IT application and software using inventory tools.
- Help ensure assets comply with company policies and licensing requirements.
- Log and categorize IT issues using ticketing systems.
- Communicate with team members and users during incident resolution.
- Participate in investigations to understand recurring issues.
- Help document known problems and solutions in a shared knowledge base.
- Assist in documenting planned changes to systems and applications.
- Help maintain documentation for backup and recovery procedures.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 0–3 years of experience in IT or technical support
- Strong interest in IT operations and service management
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment
- Familiarity with IT ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow)
- Basic understanding of ITIL concepts (certification a plus but not required)
- Experience with Microsoft Office and basic troubleshooting.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Equivalent technical training or certifications will be considered.
