About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the deployment and ongoing operations of the Anthropic Claude platform across business units
- Assist in building and testing prompts, scripts, and lightweight automations under the guidance of senior engineers
- Help onboard end users and teams to Claude, providing hands-on support and answering questions
- Log, track, and troubleshoot issues reported by users
- Assist with testing and quality assurance of AI workflows and integrations before and after release
- Document processes, user guides, and best practices to support enterprise-wide adoption
- Collect and organize user feedback to help the team identify improvement opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6 months to 2 years of experience in a technical role such as software development, IT support, or data analysis
- 6 months to 2 years of experience with programming concepts, with some exposure to Python or JavaScript
- 6 months to 2 years of experience navigating APIs
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
