About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Validate participant’s eligibility for sales incentive compensation timely, accurately and within sales incentive plan design parameters.
- Validate sales incentive compensation files prior to final submission to the payroll application.
- Communicate with business partners at all levels in a well-organized, concise, and logical manner.
- Use technology to optimize existing incentive compensation processes and procedures to streamline quarterly payment process.
- Support SPM (Sales Performance Management) tool implementation, including requirements gathering, testing, troubleshooting, and documenting system processes.
- Configure and maintain assigned Lines of Business (LOBs) within the SPM tool, including plan logic, participant setup, and workflow updates, ensuring accuracy and alignment with plan design.
- Assist in ongoing system maintenance by participating in quarterly updates, validating calculation results, and ensuring system outputs match expected plan outcomes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 1 year of relevant work experience

- Proficient Excel skills
- Demonstrated flexibility, adaptability, and change management qualities
