About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Validate participant’s eligibility for sales incentive compensation timely, accurately and within sales incentive plan design parameters.
Validate sales incentive compensation files prior to final submission to the payroll application.
Communicate with business partners at all levels in a well-organized, concise, and logical manner.
Use technology to optimize existing incentive compensation processes and procedures to streamline quarterly payment process.
Support SPM (Sales Performance Management) tool implementation, including requirements gathering, testing, troubleshooting, and documenting system processes.
Configure and maintain assigned Lines of Business (LOBs) within the SPM tool, including plan logic, participant setup, and workflow updates, ensuring accuracy and alignment with plan design.
Assist in ongoing system maintenance by participating in quarterly updates, validating calculation results, and ensuring system outputs match expected plan outcomes.

Requirements

At least 1 year of relevant work experience

Exceptional written, verbal and listening communication skills
Excellent analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills
Proficient Excel skills
Demonstrated flexibility, adaptability, and change management qualities
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively
