About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as program manager for the Visit Experience Program
- Facilitate ‘ridealongs’ between clinician colleagues and other teams
- Aid in the planning of conference booths and engagement events
- Create and distribute marketing and communications materials
- Support clinician colleague engagement efforts
- Own and develop Asana project management workflows
- Help develop and execute the Clinician Engagement strategic plan
- Aid in department administrative tasks
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
- Highly organized individual who can keep multiple tasks moving forward
- 3-5 years of prior relevant experience
- Project management experience (1-2 years)
- Experience with email marketing and HTML campaign development (Hubspot preferred)
- Experience with CRM software (Hubspot, Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Experience developing internal newsletters and employee communication materials
