About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- play an instrumental role in helping to strengthen our Medicare Telesales organization
- responsible for coordinating and implementing all initiatives through end-to-end program oversight across Internal and Vender Telesales operations
- coordinate cross functionally to ensure processes are implemented to achieve key performance expectations
- present and consult with mid and senior management on business trends to develop new and enhanced processes
- track all business activities pertaining to the Internal and Vender Telesales program for further optimization
- analyze progress of initiatives to implementation
- coordinate routine review of business processes and suggest new strategies based on risk and opportunities
- ensure all processes for Internal and Vender Telesales are appropriately documented and up to date for reference across Telesales
- maintain appropriate documentation of all initiatives
- manage multiple projects including the development, implementation, and closure for assigned projects
- cascade all related meetings across functions
- prepare project status reports, presentations and meeting minutes, where applicable
- set and maintain expectations with key stakeholders with respect to ownership, progress, etc.
- demonstrate clear understanding or legal and privacy requirements for Medicare Telesales business.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of related work experience
- 2+ years of Medicare experience
- 4+ years of call center operations experience
- Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting)
- Adept at problem solving, attention to detail and decision making skills
- Adept at collaboration and teamwork
- Strong written and verbal skills. Ability to present information to small and, at times, large audiences.
- Ability to simultaneous manage multiple partners, task and deadlines.
- Ability to multi-task, complete task without direct supervision, and function in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Experience establishing and maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization
