About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serves as an owner of the Large Group Case Installation process, with a particular focus on National Accounts, Public & Labor, PEO and Large group clients 200+ members.
Leads strategic projects that impact Commercial PSS and/or Case Implementation/Installation.
Responsible for leading/managing all aspects of projects such as planning, coordination, development and implementation, and ensuring the end state of a project meets business objectives.
Provides technical and subject matter expertise relative to case installation policies and procedures and installation applications/systems tools.
Supports the business by recommending appropriate actions, strategies and/or alternatives to meet business needs.
Maintains process maps.
Influences change to improve performance results, organization effectiveness and/or systems/quality.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Extensive knowledge of Aetna health products/benefits, policies and system capabilities is required
Solid functional and process knowledge of Case Implementation.
3 years of experience supporting reporting, analytics or automation projects
Strong communication, critical thinking, problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills.
Track record of effectively managing projects as well as ability to work and collaborate as a team member.
Proven professional communication skills both written and verbal.
Comfortable presenting to senior leaders.
