About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support intake, prioritization, and sequencing of new AI use cases
Coordinate the full lifecycle of AI initiatives from intake through deployment
Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to define requirements and AI use cases and to deliver AI-enabled solutions to meet operational challenges
Track initiative status, dependencies, risks, and outcomes
Support vendor onboarding and contract coordination
Ensure consistent project documentation and post-implementation reviews
Support executive presentations and leadership updates
Build clear narratives on AI value, risks, and progress
Stay current with AI trends, tools and regulatory developments

Requirements

What you’ll need

5-7+ years of experience in project management
Experience managing project meetings, dashboards, and request pipelines
Solid understanding of AI technologies, responsible AI principles, and risk management frameworks
Experience developing AI use cases
Strong organizational, change management and communication skills with attention to detail and follow-through
Experience preparing executive-facing materials
