Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze and document business data and processes
Conduct root cause analysis
Create reports or other solutions as needed to support business needs
Conduct analysis or produce reports of varied claim and encounter data
Write simple to complex SQL queries, procedures, and reports
Proactively define, identify, develop, and implement system enhancements
Assists in the development and prioritization of system updates
Executes test scripts and reports outcomes or defects
Establish relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

1+ years of relevant programming or analytical experience
Including development and experience with writing complex queries
Experience in working in a data warehouse environment
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong collaboration skills within and across teams
Claims/Encounters experience (preferred)
QNXT or Edifecs experience (preferred)
Experience with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) files (preferred)
Experience with Agile methodologies (preferred)
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
