Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of application development experience in enterprise environments
lead end to end complex technical deliveries
act as primary technical liaison across Product, Analytics, QA and DevOps
own risk identification, mitigation, and escalation
partner with Enterprise/Platform Architecture to align solutions to standards
lead design reviews and ensure adherence to coding, security, and integration standards
drive modernization initiatives (framework upgrades, cloud migration, refactoring)
hands‑on expertise in modern application development (Java/Spring, APIs, Angular)
proven experience leading complex, cross-functional technical deliveries
deep understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, security, and production support
experience handling projects in Agile environment
ensure SDLC, security scans, audit, and regulatory requirements are met
support/track roadmap execution and dependency management
ability to bridge the gap between technical & non-technical stakeholders
