About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Identify root causes of complex business and process issues
Analyze current processes and design improved future-state solutions
Lead process improvement and reengineering initiatives (including DMAIC projects)
Recommend solutions that improve efficiency, quality, and speed
Partner with finance stakeholders to understand needs and deliver results
Create clear documentation, dashboards, and performance metrics
Communicate insights clearly to all levels, including senior leaders
Manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a matrixed environment
Build strong relationships and influence without direct authority

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of professional experience
Proven experience leading process improvement projects
Experience documenting and analyzing complex business processes
Strong skills in identifying inefficiencies and redesigning processes
Ability to analyze data and process flows to find optimization opportunities
Experience leading DMAIC-based initiatives
Six Sigma Yellow Belt (or higher) preferred
LEAN training or certification preferred
Project management experience or certification (e.g., PMP) preferred
Knowledge of robotic process automation (RPA) preferred
Familiarity with change management methodologies preferred
Client or stakeholder relationship management experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
