About the role
- Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to Finance corporate functions executive leaders
- Build strong talent pipelines and succession readiness for critical Finance roles
- Partner with Finance leaders to design effective organization structures
- Leverage workforce, organization, and talent insights to inform strategy
- Own the quality of annual people processes across Finance Corporate Functions
- Partner across HR Centers of Excellence for alignment
- Champion adoption of AI-enabled tools
- Support Finance optimization efforts for a unified Finance organization
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in HR
- Progressive Human Resources experience
- Ability to clearly translate talent strategies
- Demonstrated success shaping workforce and organizational design
- Strong business acumen
- Experience leading significant organizational changes
- Ability to use workforce and talent insights
- Experience integrating HR programs into business strategies
- Commitment to understanding AI and emerging technologies
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
