About the role

  • Develop and participate in test strategy discussions, ensuring test coverage for the newly created product features
  • Ensure that defined QA Processes are followed in all aspects of project (plan, design, implement, execute, evaluate)
  • Prepare reports and results of software testing
  • Establish trust and build relationship with project stakeholders and team members (including offshore)

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance
  • 2 years of Test Automation experience with expertise in BDD Cucumber, Java and Selenium web driver, TestNG, Maven, GitHub and Jenkins
  • Knowledge in all phases of Software Development Life Cycle
  • Agile and Waterfall methodology experience
  • Ability to become a Subject Matter Expert, improve current procedures, act as an information resource for assigned areas and provide guidance to team members
  • Perform comprehensive testing to prevent introduction of application defects into Regression, End to End, Client and Production environments
  • Ability to translate QA, UAT and business scenarios into Automated Regression Test Cases
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Able to work under high-pressure environments and simultaneously participate in multiple projects
  • Good communication and presentation skills
