Develop and participate in test strategy discussions, ensuring test coverage for the newly created product features
Ensure that defined QA Processes are followed in all aspects of project (plan, design, implement, execute, evaluate)
Prepare reports and results of software testing
Establish trust and build relationship with project stakeholders and team members (including offshore)

Requirements

2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance
2 years of Test Automation experience with expertise in BDD Cucumber, Java and Selenium web driver, TestNG, Maven, GitHub and Jenkins
Knowledge in all phases of Software Development Life Cycle
Agile and Waterfall methodology experience
Ability to become a Subject Matter Expert, improve current procedures, act as an information resource for assigned areas and provide guidance to team members
Perform comprehensive testing to prevent introduction of application defects into Regression, End to End, Client and Production environments
Ability to translate QA, UAT and business scenarios into Automated Regression Test Cases
Time management and organizational skills
Able to work under high-pressure environments and simultaneously participate in multiple projects
Good communication and presentation skills
