Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a strategic enablement partner to the HR Business Partner (HRBP) team
Provide analytical, operational, and executional support to senior HRBPs
Own workforce reporting, dashboards, and proactive insights across colleague relations
Partner closely with COEs, HR Shared Services, and business stakeholders
Drive process improvements and lead the execution of change initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

5-7 years of work experience
1-2 years of Human Resources or similar consulting experience
Excellent customer service and change management skills
Adept at problem solving, solution execution, and delivery
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) preferred or equivalent years of experience
Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Human Resource Standards Institute Professional in Human Resources (PHR) preferred
