About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a strategic enablement partner to the HR Business Partner (HRBP) team
- Provide analytical, operational, and executional support to senior HRBPs
- Own workforce reporting, dashboards, and proactive insights across colleague relations
- Partner closely with COEs, HR Shared Services, and business stakeholders
- Drive process improvements and lead the execution of change initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5-7 years of work experience
- 1-2 years of Human Resources or similar consulting experience
- Excellent customer service and change management skills
- Adept at problem solving, solution execution, and delivery
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) preferred or equivalent years of experience
- Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Human Resource Standards Institute Professional in Human Resources (PHR) preferred
