About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- works as a team with Account Executives to maintain high service standards
- Achieve cross-sell growth, retention targets & customer satisfaction levels
- Executes tactical components of the account team’s business plan for each customer
- Develops and manages service plans in a proactive and strategic manner
- Educates customer on Aetna specific policies and procedures

Requirements
