About the role

  • Lead the strategy, design, and delivery of intelligent automation platforms
  • Define and own the vision, roadmap, and execution of enterprise‑grade automation platforms
  • Drive adoption of agentic AI systems
  • Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Architecture leaders
  • Build automation capabilities that span the full product lifecycle
  • Build, lead, and mentor high‑performing teams of automation engineers and AI engineers
  • Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, learning agility, and accountability

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering, automation, or platform development
  • 5+ years in senior technical leadership roles (Director, Senior Manager, or equivalent)
  • 5+ years using SDLC automation, test automation, CI/CD, and modern engineering practices
  • 3+ years of proven experience building AI‑driven automation products, including hands‑on experience with agentic AI or autonomous systems
  • Demonstrated ability to connect technology decisions to business outcomes and operational efficiency
  • Bachelor's degree or, equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience)
