Provides hands-on technical coordination and delivery support for enterprise cloud initiatives
Partners with application teams, Cloud Center of Excellence (CoE), Infrastructure, Security, and Program Management to ensure cloud requests are technically ready
Acts as a liaison between the IT development group and business units for development and implementation of new systems
Evaluates new applications and identifies systems requirements
Prepares communications and makes presentations on system enhancements and/or alternatives

Requirements

5 + years of work experience in IT industry
5+ years of experience acting as a liaison between IT development groups and business units
5+ years of experience collaborating with stakeholders and technology teams
Cloud experience (Azure, AWS, GCP)
SharePoint experience
AI usage (GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot)
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience)
