About the role
- Support intake, prioritization, and sequencing of new AI use cases.
- Coordinate the full lifecycle of AI initiatives from intake through deployment.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to define requirements and AI use cases and to deliver AI-enabled solutions to meet operational challenges.
- Track initiative status, dependencies, risks, and outcomes.
- Support vendor onboarding and contract coordination.
- Ensure consistent project documentation and post-implementation reviews.
- Support executive presentations and leadership updates.
- Build clear narratives on AI value, risks, and progress.
- Stay current with AI trends, tools and regulatory developments.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience in project management
- Experience managing project meetings, dashboards, and request pipelines
- Solid understanding of AI technologies, responsible AI principles, and risk management frameworks
- Experience developing AI use cases
- Strong organizational, change management and communication skills with attention to detail and follow-through
- Experience preparing executive-facing materials.
