About the role
- Lead and mentor Epic analysts, developers, and configuration teams across assigned Epic modules
- Serve as the primary technical and functional escalation point for Epic-related development issues
- Define and enforce Epic development standards, build guidelines, and governance processes
- Oversee Epic application build, configuration, and customization across assigned modules
- Ensure Epic development adheres to best practices, security standards, and regulatory requirements
- Guide development and support of Epic integrations
- Translate clinical and operational needs into technical Epic solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years of Epic EHR experience, including hands-on build and configuration
- 3+ years in a lead, senior analyst, or supervisory role supporting Epic systems
- Active Epic certification(s) in one or more Epic modules
- Strong understanding of healthcare clinical workflows and operations
- Experience leading complex Epic projects or large-scale implementations
