Serve as a trusted financial partner to Sales leadership, providing portfolio-level insights and strategic guidance
Lead client surveillance efforts across the portfolio to proactively identify risks, opportunities and performance trends
Translate complex financial data into clear insights, recommendations, and executive-ready materials
Track and drive follow-through on key risks, opportunities and mitigation actions
Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, tools, and analytics to better support Sales decision making

Requirements

7+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, commercial finance, or related financial analysis roles
Financial planning and analysis experience (budgeting, forecasting, reporting, etc.)
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with a high attention to detail
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into executive-ready insights
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Experience in Healthcare / PBM
Strong attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and the ability to balance deep analysis with portfolio-level perspective
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines and delivering results
Clear communication and presentation skills (verbal and written), with the ability to synthesize complex financial information into a clear, actionable story
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required
MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
