About the role
- Play a lead role in interacting with state regulators as part of market conduct exams and regulatory inquiries
- Drive successful implementation of corrective action plans
- Provide subject matter expertise on state regulatory environment to business areas
- Coordinate market conduct exams across business areas and with Legal
- Serve as the main point of contact for state regulators and third‑party auditors
- Ensure accurate, timely collection and delivery of exam materials
- Oversee responses to exam findings and corrective action plans
- Maintain strong documentation of all exam-related work
Requirements
- 7+ years in Compliance, Regulatory, Legal, or Market Conduct Exam roles including experience with Health Care Benefits
- Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and projects
- Ability to influence decisions across all organizational levels
- Willingness to travel up to 20% (including plane)
