Collaborate with non-retail management and external groups to develop the department’s annual budget
Provide financial reporting, accruals, forecast, and budget requirements to support multiple department managers
Prepare annual development and training sessions on expense management requirements
Review and approve department invoices using Service Channel
Distribute weekly and monthly expense and capital expenditure reports
Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) regulations and assist with tax audits

Requirements

3+ years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Construction Finance, or a related field
Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with Oracle, Tririga, SAP S/4HANA, and Fiori
Strong critical thinking skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to develop and deliver presentations to various levels of the organization
Demonstrated experience building cross-functional relationships and leading end-to-end processes
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and meet aggressive deadlines
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Background in financial analysis and process improvement leveraging data and research (Preferred)
Experience with Ariba, Power BI, and Smartsheet (Preferred)
