  • Design, build, execute, and measure recruiting plans to attract top talent
  • Use data to solve recruiting problems and provide insights
  • Leverage internal resources and your team to achieve operational excellence and 100% compliance within Workday, our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Enhance processes and champion innovative talent acquisition ideas
  • Ensure exceptional experiences for candidates and hiring leaders through proactive communication and feedback
  • Foster knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team
  • Recruit for various profiles (Data Scientist, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, etc.) and adapt to different business areas

Requirements

  • 10+ years professional work experience in Talent Acquisition or a related field
  • 5+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience for technology roles, supporting technical teams and organizations in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • 2+ years of experience hiring for Data Science, Data Engineering, Software Development, and/or Machine Learning roles
  • 2+ years of experience with an enterprise Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably Workday
  • 2+ years of experience consulting with multiple hiring managers, effectively managing competing priorities and timelines
