About the role
- Coordinate market conduct exams across business areas and with Legal.
- Serve as the main point of contact for state regulators and third‑party auditors.
- Ensure accurate, timely collection and delivery of exam materials.
- Oversee responses to exam findings and corrective action plans.
- Maintain strong documentation of all exam-related work.
Requirements
- 7+ years in Compliance, Regulatory, Legal, or Market Conduct Exam roles including experience with Health Care Benefits.
- Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and projects.
- Ability to influence decisions across all organizational levels.
- Skilled at escalating risks appropriately.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% (including plane).
- Bachelor’s Degree; equivalent years of related professional work experience may substitute.
