About the role

  • Lead the production of professional-quality video content, utilizing advanced video production and editing tools including ClipChamp, Camtasia, Vyond, Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects
  • Create compelling graphics and visuals using Canva, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Express, ensuring alignment with CVS Health branding guidelines
  • Leverage AI tools for enhanced content development, including prompt engineering, and generation of multimedia content using AI software
  • Design and develop innovative, interactive instructional content across multiple formats (microlearning, eLearning, instructor-led training, virtual learning, etc.)

Requirements

  • 5 years+ relevant experience in multimedia content production (video and/or graphic design)
  • Demonstrated mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Express or similar tools
  • Proven experience with AI-driven tools, prompt design, and AI-assisted content creation, especially in video/image generation
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design solutions, video production quality, and AI-integrated projects
  • Experience in instructional design (preferred)
  • Familiarity with rapid authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Rise, 360, Storyline 360) (preferred)
  • Certification or advanced training in instructional design methodologies or multimedia production (preferred)
