About the role
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for specialized actuarial roles across pricing, reserving, forecasting, underwriting, and medical economics functions
- Serve as a strategic recruiting advisor to actuarial and finance leaders
- Influence business partners using data and market expertise
- Build trusted relationships with hiring managers to understand business priorities and talent needs
- Develop and maintain diverse pipelines for actuarial and finance roles
- Own full-cycle recruiting ensuring a seamless candidate experience
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
- Demonstrated experience advising and influencing business leaders, driving alignment, and presenting data-based recommendations
- Experience using progressive recruiting techniques, including direct sourcing of passive candidates, competitive intelligence, and advanced Internet/social media recruiting
- Actuarial recruitment experience preferred
- Experience recruiting for highly specialized, credential-driven roles (e.g., actuarial, quantitative analytics, or finance)
- Experience preparing and presenting recruiting reports to leadership
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and ways of working
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent work experience (HS Diploma + 4 years of relevant work experience) required.
