About the role

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for specialized actuarial roles across pricing, reserving, forecasting, underwriting, and medical economics functions
  • Serve as a strategic recruiting advisor to actuarial and finance leaders
  • Influence business partners using data and market expertise
  • Build trusted relationships with hiring managers to understand business priorities and talent needs
  • Develop and maintain diverse pipelines for actuarial and finance roles
  • Own full-cycle recruiting ensuring a seamless candidate experience

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
  • Demonstrated experience advising and influencing business leaders, driving alignment, and presenting data-based recommendations
  • Experience using progressive recruiting techniques, including direct sourcing of passive candidates, competitive intelligence, and advanced Internet/social media recruiting
  • Actuarial recruitment experience preferred
  • Experience recruiting for highly specialized, credential-driven roles (e.g., actuarial, quantitative analytics, or finance)
  • Experience preparing and presenting recruiting reports to leadership
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and ways of working
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent work experience (HS Diploma + 4 years of relevant work experience) required.
