Lead complex sourcing initiatives and enterprise-level category strategies across Enterprise Operations
Build and maintain category strategies and sourcing pipeline
Lead complex RFx and negotiations
Conduct total-cost negotiations
Lead supplier performance routines
Serve as trusted advisor to operations leaders
Leverage Ariba sourcing/contracting tools

7+ years of professional experience related to Sourcing & Category Management, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Analytics, or Project Management
Advanced analytical skills
Strong negotiation capabilities
Experience with Ariba
Experience in Enterprise Operations categories
CPSM, CSCP, Lean/Six Sigma; MBA preferred
A Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Economics, Supply-Chain, Finance, Accounting Technology or a in a related field or equivalent years of relevant experience in lieu of the degree is required
