About the role

  • Supports the successful execution of quality improvement initiatives and contributes to efforts that promote excellence in healthcare delivery
  • Assists the Project Manager with healthcare quality projects, performance improvement activities, and related initiatives
  • Works under close supervision to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, helping assess process or product performance and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Performs routine audits and assessments to evaluate adherence to established quality standards and helps identify core areas where enhancements are needed
  • Drafts regular quality reports while presenting findings and communicating trends, performance, and improvement opportunities to management and stakeholders

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of relevant work experience or project support experience
  • Proficient in Excel skills including formulas, data and cell manipulating
  • Proficient in PowerPoint skills including creating slides, presentations, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and execute multiple functional business objectives
  • Good business acumen, professional communication skills both written and verbal
