About the role
- Managing detailed customer IT assessments.
- Working in partnership with the proposal teams, Aetna field account management teams and internal experts.
- Managing complex, time-sensitive requests from current customers across the Aetna commercial business and specialty segments.
- Identifying, assessing, and resolving business challenges.
- Collaborating within commercial business segments and with other business areas to ensure all workflow processes and interdependencies are identified and addressed.
- Driving changes needed to improve process, timeliness, and the quality of responses.
- Maintaining standard responses to support accuracy, consistency and response time.
- Developing strong, positive relationships with the field account teams and internal partners.
Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant experience that includes 2 years of client questionnaire and/or RFP/RFI experience.
- Experience with content management applications.
- Proven ability to deliver high quality work that meets or exceeds customer expectations and consistently meets both internal and external deadlines.
- High level of proficiency with employee productivity tools including, but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and Web meeting applications.
- Exceptional time management with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- History of focusing on customer needs and providing outstanding service.
- Excellent communication skills (written / verbal) at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking skills required.
- Able to work independently, but also able to work with people in a team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to adjust to different or new approaches to assignments and openness to feedback.
- Ability to act as an advisor to management and colleagues on technical, informational, and operational issues.
