About the role

  • Managing detailed customer IT assessments.
  • Working in partnership with the proposal teams, Aetna field account management teams and internal experts.
  • Managing complex, time-sensitive requests from current customers across the Aetna commercial business and specialty segments.
  • Identifying, assessing, and resolving business challenges.
  • Collaborating within commercial business segments and with other business areas to ensure all workflow processes and interdependencies are identified and addressed.
  • Driving changes needed to improve process, timeliness, and the quality of responses.
  • Maintaining standard responses to support accuracy, consistency and response time.
  • Developing strong, positive relationships with the field account teams and internal partners.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of relevant experience that includes 2 years of client questionnaire and/or RFP/RFI experience.
  • Experience with content management applications.
  • Proven ability to deliver high quality work that meets or exceeds customer expectations and consistently meets both internal and external deadlines.
  • High level of proficiency with employee productivity tools including, but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and Web meeting applications.
  • Exceptional time management with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
  • History of focusing on customer needs and providing outstanding service.
  • Excellent communication skills (written / verbal) at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking skills required.
  • Able to work independently, but also able to work with people in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to adjust to different or new approaches to assignments and openness to feedback.
  • Ability to act as an advisor to management and colleagues on technical, informational, and operational issues.
