About the role
- Assist brokers with the contracting/certification process
- Handle enrollments
- Answer specific product questions
- Assist with escalated issues
- Report to the Broker Service Department in MSO but be dedicated to the appropriate market
Requirements
- Health insurance related experience, supporting Brokers 2-3 years is REQUIRED
- Medicare Advantage experience
- Data entry experience
- Microsoft office applications experience
- Insurance/Life and Health Insurance License is desired (must license within 6 months if there is no license at time of hire)
