Ensures that IT projects adhere to quality standards and best practices by performing quality reviews, conducting testing and validation procedures, and facilitating user acceptance testing (UAT).
Coordinates and monitors project activities to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Conducts requirements gathering sessions and performs analysis to understand and document project requirements.
Develops and maintains project documentation, including project charters, status reports, and meeting minutes.
Implements quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet defined quality standards.
Coordinates with vendors and suppliers involved in project delivery by managing vendor relationships, contracts, and deliverables, and ensuring adherence to service-level agreements and contractual obligations.
Assesses the impact of project changes on systems, processes, and users, and implements change management strategies to minimize disruption and ensure smooth transitions.
Translates business needs into technical specifications and ensures that project deliverables align with organizational goals.
Contributes to the development and enhancement of project management methodologies, tools, and processes within the organization.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification
3-5 years Professional Experience
Working knowledge of problem solving and decision making skills
Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.
Certified Information Technology Professional (CITP) preferred.
