About the role
- Support the development of financial models and strategic frameworks that inform clinical services initiatives and enterprise planning.
- Participate in the preparation and analysis of multi-year capital plans.
- Assist in coordinating the capital investment planning process across the organization.
- Partner with Finance and business leaders to ensure investments align with enterprise priorities.
- Help manage the investment portfolio by contributing to governance processes, compiling performance data, and supporting regular reporting on project status and outcomes.
- Contribute to the preparation of business cases and cost-benefit analyses for new initiatives.
- Support value realization by tracking and reporting financial and operational outcomes.
- Collaborate across cross-functional teams and serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, finance, and strategy teams.
- Present data and insights in a clear, structured manner to support decision-making.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning, strategic analysis, business consulting, or related fields
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and translate it into actionable insights
- Experience supporting enterprise-wide projects and cross-functional teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and self-motivated with attention to detail.
