About the role

  • Drive product adoption by partnering with stakeholders and understanding member needs
  • Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for Cost Estimator Tool
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across product, clinical, digital, engineering, data, and operations
  • Guide teams through discovery, delivery, and ongoing optimization
  • Use data, user research, and rapid experimentation to identify pain points
  • Translate strategy into actionable epics, features, and user stories
  • Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs
  • Define, track, and communicate KPIs and success metrics
  • Stay current on digital health and transparency trends

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience, including launching and scaling consumer-facing digital products (healthcare experience strongly preferred)
  • 7+ years of experience translating business needs into clear product requirements
  • 5+ years of experience using digital engagement and behavioral data
