About the role
- Drive product adoption by partnering with stakeholders and understanding member needs
- Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for Cost Estimator Tool
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across product, clinical, digital, engineering, data, and operations
- Guide teams through discovery, delivery, and ongoing optimization
- Use data, user research, and rapid experimentation to identify pain points
- Translate strategy into actionable epics, features, and user stories
- Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs
- Define, track, and communicate KPIs and success metrics
- Stay current on digital health and transparency trends
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience, including launching and scaling consumer-facing digital products (healthcare experience strongly preferred)
- 7+ years of experience translating business needs into clear product requirements
- 5+ years of experience using digital engagement and behavioral data
