About the role

Assist team members with client requests and ensure they are processed accurately and completed in a timely manner
Perform analysis on current client setups and provide guidance to clients and internal partners when changes are needed
Identify new opportunities and lead innovative initiatives which simplify our processes and improve team performance
Facilitate and lead discussions with clients as well as internal business partners
Implement new client setups and any client pricing changes within our financial system
Create and maintain audit documentation, which will be reviewed by a peer, signed by Management, and provided to business partners as requested.

2+ years’ experience in a client facing role
2+ years’ experience in a Finance or Operation based role
2+ years’ experience within the PBM industry (preferred)
Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience in a Finance and/or Operations role.
